Autumn in Tuscany, is a time to celebrate the abundance of the region. In Tastes of Tuscany, learn to prepare some delicious dishes from this idyllic Italian countryside. Rustic and steaped in millennia of rich tradition, Tuscan cooking is famous for using simple ingredients and cooking methods to create delicious, authentic flavors. Our amazing chef, Jonathan Miller will teach tips and techniques to bring ease to your kitchen and amazing flavors to your table.
We will be preparing the following traditional seasonal dishes: Ribollito, Homemade Ricotta and herb Raviolis, Cannelini Beans with Fennel and Escarole, and a Panzanella salad. Mangia!
