Making fresh ravioli at home can be easy. In this class our instructor Mike Ruymen aka Pasta Mike will begin by showing you how to make fresh pasta dough that can be used for many delicious dishes at home. Together we will prepare a few seasonal fillings and complementary sauces that will enhance your raviolis for amazing winter meal.
