Eating mexican food is like throwing a fiesta for your mouth. Learning to prepare mexican food, is akin to throwing a fiesta for your soul. We will work with some original staples of native Mexico and explore some of the sumptuous paths mexican cuisine has taken. Betsy Mc Nair has taken many people on food based tours of mexico. She will be our guide as we learn to prepare some fabulous recipes that she has created and that were featured in Bon Appetite and in her book Mexicocina.
