In this hands on class you will learn proper knife skills, cutting techniques and how to julienne dice, slice and mince. Learn to choose the right tool for the job how to hone and sharpen your knife and keep your fingers safe from injury. Setting up your work station, kitchen terms and other invaluable techniques will be learned in this class. Bring your favorite chef knife from home or use one of ours.
