Mid week meals don’t have to be complex to be delicious.With such a colorful and tasty tapestry of food to choose from locally, we will collect an assortment of the freshest seasonal and local ingredients and prepare a delicious combination of delicious dishes you could easily duplicate at home. Join us in this class where you will gain culinary skills, nutritional information and return home with some tasty recipes that will please your family and friends. This evenings class will focus on the cuisine of the Mediterranean.
