Baking can intimidate even the most accomplished cooks. In this Baking Series you will learn to master the baking basics that will give you more confidence in the kitchen. We have three Master Bakers on hand to assist in teaching you the basics.  Beginning with the proper tools for the job, you will learn to measure and mix, prepare and bake your final product.  You will finish this class, or the whole series, feeling more skilled and confident to tackle many baking recipes.

Baking Basics Class III (Pastries) on March 3rd from 1-4pm with Stephany Buswell will focus on the fun and tasty art of pastry making. You will learn to work with puff pastry dough and prepare apple turnovers, cheese sticks and cookies.  You will also be making a Pate a Choux (a light pastry dough) and preparing cream puffs, eclairs and swans along with the delicious pastry creams to fill them.
